Hello tea lovers, Fushou Lishan High Mountain Tea is now available! September and October this year were colder than last year, which significantly boosted the quality of this winter tea harvest. Out of more than a dozen excellent teas we cupped, this top-tier batch stood out—and we even paid extra to secure it.
Truth be told, the very first sip was absolutely mind-blowing. Truly exceptional teas are like that—you don’t need much comparison to know it’s a must-have. Its signature feature is an amazingly refined aroma, leaving a lingering sweetness in your throat. Even with a longer steep, it remains free of bitterness and astringency. After just one steep, we immediately made up our minds to get this batch.
Of course, tea farmers know when they have something special, so negotiations weren’t easy. In the end, we pulled out our secret weapon—paying an extra NT$100 per 600 g to secure it.
