Our third Lishan-series Spring Tea of 2026 hails from the Suspension Bridge Vineyard, located just above the Malieba tribal village. This exceptional tea boasts a “vibrant and robust” character, completely free of bitterness and astringency.
The Terroir & Cultivation
Situated at an altitude of approximately 1,700 meters, this vineyard might not be the highest in the Lishan area, but it holds a massive advantage—an abundance of irrigation water! Thanks to this plentiful water supply, the drought earlier this year had little to no impact, allowing the organic fertilizer to decompose perfectly. On top of that, the grower applied an extra round of soybean meal fertilizer in March. Though it was just a light touch, it gave the tea bushes a fantastic nutritional boost.

When Mother Nature, prime location, and a hardworking grower come together, the results are nothing short of amazing! While other vineyards suffered from low yields and poor growth due to the water shortage, this estate flourished, with a yield virtually identical to last year’s.
