First of all, thank you so much for your overwhelming support for this year’s spring tea! Thanks to your patronage, many of our spring tea selections sold out very quickly after launch. We are deeply grateful for your support.
However, we sincerely apologize to customers who placed orders on our website over the past two days (6/25–6/26). Due to a delay in syncing phone orders with our website inventory, the “Cuiluan Tribe Spring Tea” was accidentally oversold. Our stock is now completely sold out, and unfortunately, we are unable to fulfill orders for some customers. For those affected by this overselling, we have prepared the following options and hope you will accept our compensation and sincere apologies:
- Option 1: Cancel order and receive a full refund
If you prefer not to exchange for another tea, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund. - Option 2: Free upgrade to another premium high-mountain tea
You can choose from Maliguan, Xinjiayang, Fushou Lishan, Biluxi, Qilai Mountain, Meifeng. The flavor profile and quality of these teas are every bit as exceptional as the Cuiluan you originally ordered. We will upgrade your order free of charge, with no price difference required, so you can still enjoy the vibrant fresh flavor of top-tier spring tea.
Please note: We have sent SMS and email notifications to all affected customers. Please reply to the message with your preferred option so we can process your request right away. If you haven’t seen the notification or haven’t replied yet, we will reach out to you by phone next Monday (6/29).
