Thank you, everyone! Our machine-harvested CuiYu tea is officially sold out~
This batch of ‘Songboling CuiYu’ is an absolute favorite of mine—incredible value for the price. We originally bought a huge volume to secure a great rate, planning for it to “last the whole year.” I never expected it to sell out in just over six months. Thank you all so much for your amazing support!
A few months ago, a customer was looking for an affordable, quality tea, so I recommended this machine-harvested Songboling CuiYu. To my surprise, the moment they heard it was machine-harvested, they immediately passed on it. I thought that was such a shame because this tea is genuinely fantastic! Aside from the leaves not looking quite as pretty (which is typical for machine-harvested teas), this tea easily beats hand-picked teas costing NT$1,000.
I’ve also had tea lovers turn it down simply because it’s “from Mingjian Township,” assuming that lowland tea can’t possibly taste good. I want to tell everyone that this is completely wrong. Putting everything else aside, this Songboling CuiYu can easily outperform a bunch of this year’s Lishan winter teas. Let’s not put high-mountain teas on an unrealistic pedestal, nor look down on lowland teas. Elevation is really just a reference point—you have to taste it yourself to know if a tea is truly good.
Today was really just meant to be a quick update that the machine-harvested CuiYu is sold out, and I somehow ended up rambling on. Sorry about that!
As a side note: With our new website system launching over the last couple of days, order volume has been quite high (or is it just because of the cold weather?). Because of this, shipping “might” be a little slower than usual. The team will be working hard to get everything out as fast as possible. Thanks again for bearing with us!
