Dear tea lovers, our second batch of spring tea from the Qingjing region is here! This batch comes from the exact same tea garden as last year’s spring tea. Last year, we were a bit too slow and only managed to secure 30 catties. This time, we moved much faster, and since the garden’s yield was higher than last year, we were allocated a generous 120 catties.
Qingjing High Mountain Tea
The spring tea from this garden last year was of exceptional quality, but because we only had 30 catties, it sold out instantly. Many of you loved it so much that you immediately tried to pre-order the autumn and winter teas from the same estate. Unfortunately, due to excessive rainfall in July and August last year, the autumn tea was not harvested at all, and the winter tea quality didn’t quite meet our standards, so we passed on it. We know this left many of our loyal customers deeply disappointed.
The estate owner also felt that the 2025 autumn and winter yields were underwhelming. Ultimately, the heavy summer rains had severely stressed the tea trees. Because of this, they gave the trees extra special care right after the winter harvest. They applied organic fertilizer in January, followed by enzyme treatments in February and March, and finished with a premium top-dressing right before harvest. As a result, the condition of the tea trees has been adjusted to a level that is even better than last year’s spring harvest!
Furthermore, this garden has a major built-in advantage when it comes to the most crucial element for this year’s spring tea: irrigation water. The owner maintained a strict watering schedule of once every 3 to 4 days. Consequently, the drought issues in January and February didn’t affect this estate at all. All the fertilizers decomposed perfectly, and the tea trees fully absorbed every bit of nourishment. Just take a look at the photos of this spring tea—aren’t the leaves incredibly plump and beautiful? What’s even better is that the yield actually surpassed last year’s, which is truly an impressive feat!
Great tea requires the perfect alignment of heaven, earth, and human effort. Even in a drought-ridden year, as long as you are fully prepared, you can overcome the challenges to the greatest extent. To be able to produce such superlative quality during a dry year like this deserves a massive round of applause for both the management and the tea-making team. We have absolute confidence in this batch. If you feel the quality isn’t up to par or not worth the price, we guarantee a full refund!
