To our tea friends in the US, here are two important updates: 1️⃣ We are covering all customs duties on packages under $800 USD through the end of August. 2️⃣ For packages over $800, US postal services collect customs fees directly from the recipient, so please keep individual orders under $800.
Background: Under new US Customs regulations, shipments from Taiwan under $100 USD are duty-free, orders from $100 to $799 incur a 10% tariff paid by the sender, and orders of $800 or more require duty collection from the recipient. ⚠️ Please note: To ensure a smooth delivery experience without unexpected fees, we have capped single orders at $800 USD. If you’d like to stock up, we recommend placing multiple smaller orders! If you have any questions, feel free to send us a message—we’re always here to help!
