Tianfu Farm Tea Plantation sits at an elevation between roughly 1,700 and 2,100 meters. The primary cultivar grown here is Qingxin Oolong, with an annual yield of about 9,000 kg. Spring tea makes up the bulk of the harvest, while winter tea yields about one-third of that. The spring harvest runs from early to mid-May, and the winter harvest takes place in November, alongside a small amount of autumn tea. The resulting teas belong to the Lishan tea family, typically light-fermented with little to no roasting, offering a flavor profile very similar to Biluxi tea.
