Wushe Tea Region: Main Peaks Include Guantou Mountain and Gaofeng Mountain

The tea region sits at an altitude of 1,200 to 1,600 meters. Facing mostly eastward, it enjoys excellent sunlight and, combined with the chilly breezes from the Hehuanshan range, its high mountain Oolong tea receives stellar reviews. Due to its proximity to Cingjing Farm, much of the tea is marketed under the name of Cingjing tea, while some are also sold as Lishan tea and Qilai Mountain tea.

The tea plantations are cultivated along Gaofeng Lane in Ren’ai Township, centered around Guantou Mountain and Gaofeng Mountain. With peak elevations approaching 1,600 meters, it is considered a very favorable altitude for high mountain tea.
