Coastal cities take 3–7 days, typically 3–5 days. Inland cities take 3–12 days, typically 5–10 days. Holidays (Christmas, Thanksgiving) and weather conditions (heavy snow) may cause delays.

Orders under NT$6,000 are generally duty-free. If the price isn’t much higher, we will declare the customs value as under NT$6,000.
What if the tea is damaged or lost during transit?
We will cover the loss. You can choose between a refund or a replacement shipment.
