We still recommend the steeping method. Simply prepare a brewing bowl, a tea spoon, and teacups—and remember to warm your tea ware beforehand.

  • Method 1: Hot Water Steeping (6g of tea leaves): Put 6g of tea leaves into the brewing bowl, pour in 100ml of hot water, wait for 3 minutes, use the tea spoon to ladle the tea into your cup, and enjoy. Increase steeping time by 60 seconds for each subsequent brew.
  • Method 2: Hot Water Steeping (8g of tea leaves): Increase the amount of tea leaves to 8g, pour in 100ml of hot water, wait for 2 minutes, use the tea spoon to ladle the tea into your cup, and enjoy. Increase steeping time by 60 seconds for each subsequent brew.
  • Method 3: Cold Brew Method: Prepare a pitcher, add 1g of Fushou Lishan tea for every 200ml of capacity, pour in room-temperature water, place it in the refrigerator to chill for about 8 hours, and it’s ready to drink.
