Good evening, fellow tea lovers! Typhoon Koinu has passed, and while there’s still rain in various areas today (October 7th), Lishan, Cuifeng, and Cingjing were lucky to stay dry. The weather forecast points to a high chance of “consecutive sunny days” over the next few days. Those exceptional, monster-tier teas we’ve all been dreaming of just might show up in the next couple of days!
The tea gardens originally scheduled for harvesting from the 4th to the 7th missed their optimal harvest window slightly, but no worries—we have several other premium tea gardens set to harvest from the 9th to the 12th. If the forecast holds, we’re looking at the ultimate winning combination of “consecutive sunny days” plus “superb orchard management.” That’s the recipe for truly phenomenal tea! The shop manager is heading up the mountain on the 11th and 12th to secure the best harvest, and I’m not coming home until I’ve got the goods! 😂😂
Sharing a few photos of the tea trees for now. I’ll share more good news as soon as I have it! Bye for now~
