Q. I want to buy tea in bulk. What is the maximum weight limit per order?
According to EMS Express Air regulations, each parcel has a maximum weight limit of 20 kg. If your order exceeds this limit, we will split it into multiple packages and cover the extra shipping costs for you.
Q. How can I pay? Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available for Singapore and Malaysia. You can pay using VISA, MasterCard, or PayPal.
