How to Brew Silver Needle White Tea: Tips for the Perfect Cup

Silver Needle tea consists entirely of tender buds, so the water temperature should not be too high when brewing—generally around 90°C is ideal. Because Silver Needle is covered in fine white hairs (trichomes), the flavor releases a bit more slowly, so you can extend the steeping time slightly, typically around 30 to 40 seconds. If you prefer a richer flavor, you can increase the steeping time up to 60 seconds.
