Lishan high mountain tea is celebrated for its delicate, elegant aroma, crystal-clear and bright tea liquor, and smooth, refreshing taste—making it an absolute favorite among tea lovers. However, the Lishan tea region is vast, encompassing numerous sub-regions. Differences in slope orientation and altitude across these micro-regions give each tea its own distinct flavor profile. Let
Spanning from Lushan Tribe to Jingguan Tribe, the Qilai Mountain tea region features tea gardens primarily distributed across three areas: one along Highway 14 at the 96K mark; another stretching from above Duda Village to the trailhead of Mt. Chinese dark tea is one of the six major classes of tea in China, renowned for its post-fermentation process and unique aged aroma profile. The production of dark tea involves fixing (kill-green), rolling, pile-fermentation (wet piling), and drying. This fermentation process gives the tea leaves a dark brown color, a rich aroma, and a full-bodied
In addition to coffee, Gukeng Township has also actively promoted tea cultivation in recent years. Zhanghu and Huashan are Gukeng’s largest tea-producing regions, featuring mid-to-low altitude teas with quite good quality. Because the market appeal of Huashan and Zhanghu tea is relatively limited, much of it is sold under the names of ShanLinXi or Alishan

Once at the peak, we realized this “all-natural” AC is no joke—it dropped to a chilly 12°C in the middle of the night! But that’s
